The T-01 is used as an exterior luminaire at the new building at Große Bockenheimer Straße 24. Located along Frankfurt’s Fressgass, it creates a clear lighting accent on the natural-stone façade and contributes to the building’s appearance during the evening hours.
Completed in 2025, the mixed-use building combines residential, office, hospitality and retail spaces. The ground-floor retail units are leased to brands including Douglas and Nespresso. Douglas is expected to open at this location in October 2026.
